Stage 2 — Get Your First Paying Customers

Turn your chosen opportunity into an offer that real customers may be willing to pay for.

You will identify the customers you could help and the problems they may be willing to pay you to solve.

You will then develop, price and communicate your first offer, explore practical ways to reach potential customers, ask for the sale and learn how to deliver your offer effectively.

Throughout this stage, you will gather evidence from real-world experiences to help you decide whether to continue, refine, change or reconsider your approach.

The focus is on making decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.

Stage 3 — Make Your (Second or Additional) Income Sustainable

Build on what works to develop a more reliable and repeatable source of income.

Once you have gathered meaningful customer evidence, the next stage helps you strengthen the business behind your offer.

You will explore appropriate business foundations, develop simple systems, establish more consistent marketing and sales activities, improve customer relationships and delivery, and identify opportunities to increase income without unnecessary complexity.

The aim is to help you develop a business that is manageable, commercially worthwhile and sustainable for you.

This programme has been designed to give you the time and opportunity to learn, reflect and apply what you discover.

One new module will be released every 48 hours.

This gradual release is intentional. Rather than simply reading or watching all the material as quickly as possible, we encourage you to take time to complete the activities and apply what you have learned.

You can return to the material already released whenever you wish, review earlier lessons and progress at a pace that suits your circumstances.
